How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Traditioncarbon Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- The way your call or message to Traditioncarbon Garage Doors was handled
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. What you share helps keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Traditioncarbon Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@traditioncarbon.homes and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What went wrong and what result you would like
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
